posted by Cassandra Carter | May 4, 2016 | In Arts and CultureGraduating senior, Aysha Carter, is ready to say “Adios FSU” this May.
Originally from Texas, Aysha moved to Fayetteville to be closer to family. When she started at FSU in Fall of 2013, becoming an English literature major was an easy choice because she is an avid reader and writer.
She is active on campus as a Secretary in the Writer’s Club, an Arts and Culture Editor for The Voice, and the Vice President in Sigma Tau Delta, the English honor’s society.
Currently, she is waiting to hear back from the University of Wilmington about her acceptance into Graduate School. She hopes to get her Masters of Arts in English literature.
With her degrees, she would like to have a career working for a publishing house or a magazine as a writer or editor.
