WHAT IS NEEDED?

1. FASFA PIN number: To request a pin www.pin.ed.gov.

2. A copy of the 2013 Federal Tax Transcript from the IRS

3. A copy of the 2013 Student’s/ Parent’s W–2

4. Documentation of income earned in 2013

5. Estimates of 2013 income if not required to file by IRS guidelines

6. Any other untaxed income (e.g. military, disability, etc.)
