Biden’s New $2 Trillion Plan

On March 31, Biden proposed a $2 trillion plan to upgrade the nation’s infrastructure. Biden, himself, calling it “a once in a generation investment in America.”
The plan would increase corporate tax rates from 21% to 28%, and it would take roughly 15 years for the plan to be paid for.
President Biden said: “I’m open to other ideas, so long as they do not impose any tax increase on people making less than $400,000.”
The 2 trillion dollar plan would include $612 billion for transportation infrastructures, $213 billion for affordable and sustainable housing, $100 billion for expanding our broadband, $111 billion for clean water, and $174 billion for the electric vehicle market.
This plan intends to fix bridges and roads across the nation, and build and upgrade schools across the nation. The plan also intends to shift America more towards clean energy and sustainability, while improving water systems and bring housing through rehabilitation for low and middle class American.
