Senior 2023 Spotlight: Rashawn Blanding

Blanding is a Fayetteville native, although he has lived in various states. He graduated from Seventy-First High school in 2019.
Blanding became a Bronco in fall 2019, becoming a music major with a minor in theatre because of his love for performing.
He is active on campus as Vice President FSU Concert Choir a a tenor. He is involved in the theatre program, and is part of African Students Association.
After graduation, Blanding plans to be a sound engineer, and continue to perform.
As his time here as a Bronco ends, Blanding wanted to leave some final words on journey as college student: “I feel like I have learned a lot throughout my time at FSU. I think it is good to get out of your comfort zone: to grow and be well-rounded.”
Congratulations, Rashawn, and FSU wishes you the best on an extraordinary career path. Look out for another senior spotlight for the class of 2023!
