Chick-fil-A Enters the Bronco House
posted by Brandon Owens | November 9, 2018 | In NewsAfter months of anticipation, Fayetteville State University saw the Bronco Corral become the new location of the popular Chick-fil-A franchise. After major construction and renovations, the restaurant, which is well known for serving chicken products, has made a new home in the Rudolph Jones Student Center, and it has quickly become a huge hit. Despite being more of an express location with a limited menu, the restaurant still brings the best quality food we all love.
The restaurant offers different quality choices for dining. Items include the classic Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. There’s also the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, the Chick-fil-A Nuggets, and the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap. There are also side items such as their Waffle Potato Fries. Breakfast diners will also be able to enjoy themselves with items such as their Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit, Chick-n-Minis, and Greek Yogurt Parfait.
Since its opening on Oct. 15, students have arrived in droves. It has become an active spot here at FSU. The restaurant, as well as the downstairs lounge areas of the student center, are jammed packed with students eating. Expectations for business have also been very high.
Manager Nakeisha Point elaborated: “We are very excited, and are looking forward to serving the staff and students and anyone that chooses to walk in. I think we’re going to be a pretty busy spot.”
Chick-fil-A has proven popular with the students with many giving rave reviews about it. One customer, Kyra Woodard, stated that she has enjoyed her experience with Chick-fil-A so far saying that the food was really good.
Woodard said: “I think they should have done it a long time ago. I like the Chick-fil-A, and I think they should build some more franchises as well.”
Those who visited the restaurant have also given their input on its customer service. Jalen Galloway stated that he liked the restaurant. He added that he “loves the customer service, they’re very friendly.” He also pointed out that, while a couple of the employees were a little slow, they usually work pretty fast.
From the looks of things, Chick-fil-A has been greatly welcomed here at FSU. Students and staff have frequented it and so far. This is evident by the fact that the restaurant always seems filled and that it’s also very difficult to go anywhere on campus without seeing someone holding a bag with the iconic logo printed on it.
